Hi there. My name is Tre.
I’m a certified end-of-life doula, interfaith minister and chaplain, certified patient advocate and advance care planner, clinical laboratory scientist, health educator, yogi, mindfulness practitioner, mom, grandmom, daughter, sister, friend, student, and teacher. There’s more too; decades of wandering and wondering have taught me a lot about a lot.
My “Why” for this work as an end-of-life educator, doula, advocate, and spiritually independent funeral celebrant is rooted in my passion to empower people to reclaim agency around death and dying in our society. Education, support, and advocacy is needed for that to happen along with a mindset shift from death denial to death acceptance. I believe with all my heart that to embrace and accept death as the sacred and natural part of life that it is can connect us to each other and teach us to live more intentionally and fully.
I seek to serve all who are faced with the prospect of death by providing information, support, advocacy, and resources to live fully and die with ease.
